THE APPROACH OF THE CENTRE

​Synchrony Psychology Ltd is based at a therapy centre just south of Nottingham. The centre is located on a quiet, rural site with ample parking and is easily accessible from the surrounding counties of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.

The team at ​Synchrony Psychology Ltd have worked hard to create a therapeutic space where children, young people, families and professionals can come and feel safe and secure, and can be offered a nurturing and regulating experience that compliments the therapeutic support that will be offered to them during their visit. We aim to create a space that feels inviting and reflects many of our key principles around Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy as well as being child-centred, caring, and connected.

​Synchrony Psychology Ltd are fortunate to have exclusive use of three especially thought out therapy rooms; one for more talking-based therapies, one for more play-based therapies, and another for relaxation and regulation that can be accessed before or after sessions, our during a session if needed.
